Mine and affiliated. 1986 Nissan 300ZX slicktop. It's been my SCCA rallycross car here in the CFR region for 4 seasons. It's won several annual points championships and loads of trophies for myself and other drivers. It's been a staple of the Central Florida rallycross program. But now life forces me to move on. The chassis has about 230k miles on it. About 2 seasons ago I removed the smoking original engine (hence the name "Mosquito Control"), and replaced with the complete VG30ET engine, 5 speed trans, harness, ecm, turbo system, etc from an 82k mile 1985 300ZX turbo, along with a new Exedy clutch and other new parts.. It also comes with many extra parts, including a pathy intake, etc. The car has a welded diff, but comes with another unwelded diff if you so choose to change it. The engine is strong, makes great power, and pulls great. At one time or another, most parts on the car have been replaced, but for now it could use a set of shocks, some tires, replacement of the lexan windshield or at least try a headlight restore kit on it, and you'd be ready to start the 2016 season. The car could also fairly easily go in the direction of a challenge car, autocross, or drift if you don't fancy rallycross. As far as a title or returning it to street use, it's pretty much a gutted race car, but that's on you. I have a title but it's been signed improperly by a former owner that I've had no luck tracking down. The car has been loads of fun for myself and many other drivers, but I'm moving out of state and can't take it with me, so here's someone's chance to continue the fun. I'm sure most anyone you'd ask from the CFR rallycross program would vouch for the legitimacy of the car, and there are many pics and vids on the inter webs if you search "Mosquito Control 300ZX Rallycross".
