Wisconsin has tons of those title places. Not surprised.

That makes sense. I've been noticing the same thing recently.
Ahhh,that's my bad guys. I didn't see the lien portion there, figured it was just lost and that it'd be a good candidate here for someone to build a cheap car.
Sucks though after building a Taurus powered sand rail some guy walks up with a Title that matches your engine VIN.

Not very, but it happens daily.
Pretty sure that replacement door is off a 3rd Gen Taurus as I don't think that color of green was available in Gen 4.
It's barely worth that with a clean title.
High mileage vulcan Tauri are worthless.
If it has a Duratec V6 it would be worth it.
4 valved and double cam'd joyous noisemaker.
Boost it and have some real fun!
