Blimey, that is a seriously rare car. Station wagons weren't very much in favour in Germany until about the 80s, before then they were mostly considered handyman wagons so nobody wanted to be seen in one. To find one from the 50s that's still in one piece is a rare find indeed, given how few were made in the first place.
Man I wish I could find something like that near me. Something with just the right amount of patina.

This is all about 5 hours from me and I feel a bit of guilt for not taking a look see and seeing what this guy has....

And I just realized the Opel has a roof rack for cripes sake!!!

It's an Olds wagon and what appears to be a Studebaker Lark or an early AMC on the right.
