you and me both. I could be tempted by a spread in Chuck Co. Md as it's not too far from the District. yeah, I should have put in a new thread, but I'm lazy and just add stuff to the original thread I start.

edit, done started a new thread for the other finds, and took a quick look on realtor.com for chuck county, nothing cheap that's for sure, that I could find.
