Available is a 1971 Opel Ascona 1900 located in central Maine. Free to a challenge-ready home!

I've come to the realization that this project is just never going to be finished under my watch. Having it two states away just makes it too hard to find time to wrench on it.

Right now the car sits in my folks backyard, wrapped tightly in tarps to keep snow, rain, leaves and the rest of the environment away. It's currently a rolling shell. Although practically entirely disassembled, basically every thing other than the engine, trans and exhaust is included. Glass is all good.

Some pics can be seen on my reader ride page, but I don't have any as it sits now unfortunately.

Was thinking of you when I saw this. Yeah, I'm glad it's too far away also.
