Think of it more as a splash shield or wave deflector. Don't think this thing could go fast enough to generate much wind in the face.

I don't know.... right sprocket choices that could be amusing.... for about 10 minutes. then I would want a motor. Docs 120 on that sounds about like Aussies' challenge car. It's bad you know its going to be bad. But you can't look away.
