That car has been through a number of hands. $3k is too much, but it is very rare in the states, as it was never sold there, and even getting pretty hard to find up here.
They can be a lot of fun, and very reliable.
Awww it's already gone... Always wanted to drive a turbo 3cyl. I just saw a Chevy Sprint turbo the other day. Gave the old man driving it a thumbs up and he looked at me like I was crazy.
