So this whole thing was a team effort, and since we started the project in 2010, a lot has changed for our team, one has moved away, 2 have bought houses, 2 had children, etc. Our plan was for Summit Point to be a last hurah and then sell the car, but we waited too late and didn't make it in, so we're thinking about just selling the car now.

Basics - 2000 Mustang V6, 1XX,XXX miles, was lightly wrecked in the front, we straightened it and slapped a new radiator in, sold off lots of parts. The car has a REALLY nice cage IMO, a lot better than a lot of the stuff we've seen at lemons.

Car has finished 3 races with zero reliability problems, to all of our surprise. Only mechanical thing is that it's a bit hard starting for an EFI car, never really been able to track it down but it's also never failed to start.

Comes with 6 Direzza Star Specs on 16" Waffle Wheels. Currently has '68 mustang sheetmetal slapped and riveted on the front.

Considering reasonable offers. Located in King George, VA.

Sorry to see you're selling. Hopefully someone else can keep it on the track. I actually have a picture from NJMP last year posted on my cubicle at work. It's me driving our "Boat", and your car is about 4 cars behind me. I'm sure within 2 corners, you were ahead of the boat..

Will a Hyundai Elantra still get 40mpg while flat towing a V6 Mustang back from Virginia by way of Boston?
Enquiring minds want to know.

It's an auto, sorry, forgot to mention that. We litterally bought the first running vehicle that we deemed appropriate (not a whole lot of choices when you live this close to DC to stay under the budget). It's actually been a fun challenge.
