Slightly more than an hour away from me but seeing the overall condition, I don't mind passing because the condition is farther gone than I want to deal with even though I would like to have another e30 some day.
If the given map is correct, this is located just one neighborhood over from my long time childhood home. With that said, to anyone interested I would advise to not see the car in the dark. The neighborhood is now quite rough.
