You could order plans for those in the 70s. Intended for electric or small industrial engine power.

I'd locostify the front end and put an STi motor in the back.

the ability to use the word per twice in a row properly in a sentence should negate the need for a fourth wheel.

Single front wheel is the most unstable architecture a car can have. Many lawsuite against Honda for their ATCs. Nope, I'll pass.
