I will buy one of these someday. For my next car I am looking for a turbo 5-door with manual.

That hatch one is exceedingly rare. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't thinking about flying out to get it.

Yes. yes I do.
In that case couldn't you just find a regular 5-door hatch and swap in the turbo drivetrain as well as the manual bits?

Yep, absolutely!
The turbo ones don't really command much premium over the LXs, though. I wouldn't say it's worth it unless it was the world's cleanest LX.
But to keep it easy... you would just swap transmission, harness, and dump the turbo bits on the LX motor. It'll be faster than a GT.
Why wait?
Just buy mine! You get THREE for the price of one!

Rust belt son. I guarantee my GD is the cleanest chassis in 300 miles. And mine is rusty.

I've only ever seen the hatch back cars with the turbocharged engine around here.
A friend of mine also had a non-turbo hatch back in high school. It's one of the few I've ever seen person.
