Yes, this is mine, so I guess I am associated. Figured I'd throw this out there before I take the time to throw them up on CL.

I've got a pair of Geo Trackers, a '91 and a '92. They were projects that I'm just never getting to. Too busy with Christmas right now, then I have to take it all down. Then likely hip surgery, then back into LeMons racing/build season. Just realized that our LeMons team likely needs to build another race car for 2014. That was the final factor in realizing I'll never finish this...I'd rather build the new race car anyway. So here's the scoop. I just took photos last night, haven't had a chance to upload them yet.

'91 - I bought it two years ago as a non-runner. It had been sitting for a year or two when I got it. It's 2WD, 5spd. For its' age, body is fairly clean and has no notable rust. Undercarriage is good, has a spot or two of rust, but nothing terminal. Found the problem to be a bad fuel pump, so I swapped that out. It also had a leaking wheel cylinder, which I've changed. I also changed plugs/wires and the oil. It now starts, runs well and has been driven. However, it has some aftermarket alarm/kill switch on it and I don't have the remote. So most of the time it will refuse to even turn over...a tiny aftermarket red light on the dash comes on. If I disconnect/reconnect the battery for a while, it'll start. I'm not good with wiring, and I haven't had time to work on it, so the truck has mostly been sitting. The odometer says 78,000 and I actually think it's correct given what I know of it's history and the body condition...but I would never swear on it...could be 178k. Top is done...the rear window is shredded and top is torn below the window (where it meets the hatch). Interior is fairly ratty.

'92 - bought it one year ago on a tip from a friend who suggested I get it to use as a parts car. This one is 4WD. Has a spun bearing, so engine is shot. I forget the mileage, but I think it's around 130k? Body is good, just some rust starting around the windshield. Top is nearly new, in great shape. Interior is also in really good condition. Rear seat is missing, but the '91 has a rear seat. 5spd.

My plan was to pull the good engine from the '91 and drop it into the '92. I'd then have a nice running 4WD Tracker with a nice top. The engine from the '92 is nearly out. The only thing left is unbolting the exhaust and transmission.

Take them both and you've got enough parts for a really nice Tracker and can sell what you don't need. The '92 has 2 extra rims with studded snows on them. I'm going to post them on CL for $1000 for the pair, but am open to discussions with a GRMer.

Here are a couple of pictures of them. The white one is tucked into the corner of the garage, so tough to get pictures.

I don't think i have seen one that clean in michigan for along time. I can't justify shipping them though.
