I picked up a box of these at a sale recently & pulled out the few I wanted. I thought I'd post the rest here to see if anyone else is interested.
The metal ones are $4-each, and the plastic ones are $2-each. I think most of them are flat/thin enough to fit in a standard envelope, but the Rizzo ones have studs out the back & would need put in a small flat-rate box.
The dealer branding drives me crazy- even the vinyl tape they use now, because you're advertising the dealership for them. The Holiday Olds one seems particularly bad: "Holiday Oldsmobile HO"
Who are they calling a ho?
I just think pizza when I look at the two in the upper right.
I'll be honest, I kinda wish I had a Jaguar/Datsun/vintage Mitsubishi to slap those tags onto.

Before my family even leaves the dealer they are all removed.....we don't like dealer license plates or plate frames either
