I dont know the guy, but have talked to him about another car he had for sale. Straight shooter, knows his Volvo's and seems to be far about what his stuff is worth... Just FYI
I won't say that these are rare, but they are hard to come by and highly regarded in the Volvo community. A friend of mine has two of them.
