Hey folks. I thought it would be easier to find one of these than it has been. My father's 70th is coming up and me and my brother decided to find him something for the summer months when they stay on Cape Cod. He always liked the Saab convertibles that cycled through our family.
No preference on whether it is a 900S or Turbo, but a manual transmission is the preferred means of switching gears if I know my father. Color preference doesn't matter much either, but a top that is in good shape is, as we don't feel like replacing it any time soon.
Looking for something challenge-ish priced, so maybe up to $3k or so.
I'm in NYC/Brooklyn, but family is in NJ. I can generally go anywhere in the greater region, and often travel up to MA and RI for the other half's family.
