Wanted Honda CB 550F

Looking for a 1970's Honda CB 550f super sport in good condition. thanks in advance for your time.

I had one for 20 years, but sold it about a year ago.

I saw that. Looked really nice. Wonder if the guy who bought it would sell it??

I haven't had any contact with him since it arrived at his house and he emailed to say that he loved it. I sold it on eBay and shipped it to Georgia.

Try Atlanta Craigslist. That's where everything else is.

If you find one in that condition it will probably be amongst a herd of Golden horned Unicorns.

My friend has my old CB400F. He's never done a thing with it and recently expressed some interest in getting rid of it. It's pretty ratty, though.

I had a CB400F, pretty ratty. Needed a fair amount of work, didn't have original pipes, etc

Sold it for $400 with I think 13,000 miles. It was probably good for a rebuild and complete restoration.

I don't like spending much on an old bike, but in the case of these rarer models, the parts are so expensive that a complete bike is worth a little more...still not worth more than $1500 unless rebuilt, though.

I know it isn't the same, but a member here has a 1989 hawk at a very very fair price. It may slake your thirst . i don't know how to cross link to the thread.

Im located on the East coast in Virginia. I was kinda looking for a bike thats in good shape. But Im open to other options. Thanks for the replys guys.
