It probably depends upon who did the conversion. Note that the first '68 shown appears to have been based on a Coupe; the second on a Sedan.

I agree, those are sedan doors.
I've seen several other flower cars where they left the rear doors in place. I never understood that.

That's my type of Caddy. Would look good in the garage next to Dad's '72 Ranchero, which I am certain has considerably less torque...
