1995 Subaru Legacy L wagon. 2.2L. Five speed manual. 162k miles. Uniroyals and Monroe Sensitracs installed at 146k, clutch and timing belt were done around 127k, tranny and rear end got new gear oil then too. New alternator and battery a few months ago. Plugs and wires aren't too old, maybe a year and a half? A/C works pretty good. Cruise and CD player. Yakima roof rack with fairing and two bike attachments is on it now but not included. Negotiable if you want it.
Does have some issues:
-Rust has broken through in a couple spots and is bubbling in a few more.
-Windshield is cracked.
-There is an occasional thunk in the front end.
-One of the rear calipers has issues. One shop said it is leaking brake fluid, and another shop says it's siezed. Either way, it should be replaced.
-Pulls a but under heavy braking. Maybe a result of the brake caliper being seized? I don't know.
A few fixes and you've got cheap transportation. Or, make it a rallycross beater. It's red. A really nice shade of red.
