Not mine
Hello Guys, I'm new here but know a few of the regulars around the Atlanta area. Up for sale is this crazy 2002. Here is what i know about it. 1969 with the widest Schintzer Box Flares available. The door handles and rain gutters have been shaved and E21 tail lights moulded in. The flares, airdam and trunk are fiberglass. The car has a complete Carrera coil over suspension all the way around with big sway bars, adjustable camber plates, and front strut bar. It has the rare ($$$) Quick Ratio steering box that was a factory option. The front air dam is beyond repair but is currently available new for $275.00 or so. The engine has dual 40mm sidedraft webers, a Stahl header, and i was told a Schrick cam but have not checked. The transmission is an E21 5 speed overdrive and it also has an E21 3.91 LSD. Structurally the car is pretty solid, the rear shock towers are great ( common rust spot). There is some rusting on the rocker panels but i have not seen any other holes any where. Mechanically, the car runs and drives but one of the rear brakes leaks so it does not stop very well. The transmission shifts well. The engine is using coolant (headgasket?) but has great oil pressure and doesn't overheat. This is not a cherry car that you can hop in and start dropping panties in immediately ! However, there is a lot of potential for an awesome hot rod/ track rat/ autocross/stance car. New Lower Price: $1700.00 The wheels do not come with the car since some asshat decided to steal them. I am just as sorry as you are about this, but it is reflected in the price. The wheels pictured are 15x7 and 15x8 and you can see how much more wheel/rubber could fit under those flares!
