Like the title says, want to buy a decent flux welder for the challenge z.
110 would be nice, 220 will work too though, there are washer/dryer hookups in the basement.
Just something I can use to fix the minor rust spots on the car and make brackets for the windshield and other things with.

also wtb engine stand and shop crane?
or trade for a lot of z parts?=]

Not sure if a flux core welder is good for body work. They usually don't handle thin metal that well.

Sorry for the threadjack.

hmmmmm
how much would a useable sized canister of argon be then?
the lincoln I'm pretty sure I'll be buying from lowes is mig but can run flux.
does it seem like an .030 wire can pretty much handle about everything I'll need it for on the car? its really just minor patching and I'll need to put in brackets for the windshield.
