My friend totalled his daily (hit a deer) and he's got nothing to drive until his insurance pays out and he can get a new DD. He's already been planning on an MR2 project track/canyon car, and we figured that he could get one and DD it until he gets something else. The problem is that he's only got $1900 and won't have much more anytime soon, as he's an EMT who was injured on the job and is on long-term disability.
We're in the Los Angeles area. Anybody got any leads?
