Have you tried the website passwordjdm...or is it jdmpassword? I haven't been on their site in a long while but they used to have or could get obscure parts for Hondas and Acuras.
If you are in a fairly large city, there is a company called Auto trim design (I'm not sure if they are a franchise or if there are just several locations around the U.S. with the same name). ATD does mostly window tinting, I've had all my cars and trucks done by the Memphis location and no problems, but they also do graphics and more importantly bodyside moldings. They might be able to get you something very close to what you need.
