DD#2's beater Celica is going to need tires soon and I want to ditch the OE 14s because they suck and are only getting harder to find decent tires for. Looking for a set of nice-ish 15x6s - 16x6.5s.

15" is probably plenty but I am thinking about Conti DWSs for it and they don't get any smaller than 16". Alternatively I'd love recommendations on decent 4-season tires in 15".

I can get a set of something house brand from Tirerack or DTD with the tires for around $320 so let's say I'd like to stay below that cost, in hand.

Not in a huge hurry, but if you have anything or see anything, please let me know. Thanks!

Offset? Hub centric diameter?

Some years ago, I had a delusional dream about running my TDI in H-Stock, so I went searching for 5x100 15x6 wheels. Other than going custom or re-drilling a set of 4x100's, I found nothing.

From what I found, my only other option was VW 15" Avus wheels, which are apparently the lightest of the wheels fitted to a Mk IV.

This x1,000!!

These are super easy to come by as all the dubbers want them off for their $2,000 BBS RS's, so they sell them dirt cheap. I had like 3 sets for my racecar, lightest wheel VW had in a 5x100 pattern.

This database website says that your Celica will need 5x100 with a 54.1 center bore.
It also says that Corolla, Matrix, Vibe, Tc, xD and Celica use the same.

A quick search in DE brings these:

Don't know about the hub diameter but it is undoubtedly same as a Corolla. Offset in the 6-6.5" width is going to be somewhere around +38mm. Anything that will fit a Neon should work, too.

Thanks for the tip about the Avuses. I'll have a look around.

Neon has center bore of 57.1
VW has cb of 57.1 also

So VW or Neon wheels will fit, albeit with some slop to the centerbore. So as long as I can use self-centering lugs or a ring, I am OK with those. Thanks for the database link and CL adds. I had seen the Corolla set, but that's more than half of what I paid for the car and I am not a fan of the tires that are on the wheels.

Bumpity bump. Still looking for wheels listed in the OP. Car is going to need tires some day in the moderate future and I do NOT want to put more 14s on it. Thanks.

I have a set of 4 5x100 15" wheels off of a Cavalier, two with new Falken Azenis RT-651's, the other two have the same tires with about 150 miles on them. They're in good shape and balanced. The RT-651 is a summer only tire so you'd need two sets. The center bore is 57.1. If you could use them with the tires I would cut you a deal. If I had to get the tires dismounted we could work something out too. Shipping would be a pain, any chance you'll be heading closer to Ohio in the next few months?
