You know when you buy a really awesome car, and after like a month or two the ADD sets in and you want something else? That is exactly the case here, and I am thinking that maybe somebody else is having the same exact problem and would like to trade.
This is an '88 Impulse, Lotus Handling Package, Turbo, rwd, manual. New timing belt, water pump, shocks, brake pads, cat, tires, and swaybar endlinks all in the last 2k miles. Inspected in PA until 3/2011. Runs great, 101xxx miles on the clock, has a little rust starting on the driver's front undercarriage, rust free elsewhere. Paint is poor.
So, anybody want to swap? I don't like things with driven front wheels or less than 3 pedals, but other than that anything goes.

Condition of front strut tops, is there any rust?
Is the head gasket good?
These are problem areas for this car

Head gasket is good, the car is my daily driver. A little surface rust on the driver's side strut top, looks like somebody spilled brake fluid on it and it ate away the paint.
The other problem a lot of these seem to have is the auto belts getting stuck in position. They work just fine on this car.
All I got is my '70 Volvo. Check my garage and see what you think.

I actually spent some time working on one of those in high school, cool little cars. Sounds like it's a little bit too rusty for me to trade for without cash on top, though.
