1965 Volvo Amazon- $500 OBO (Quick Sale)

I've got a new job across the country and can't take this car with me.   I refuse to let this thing be scrapped, so I'm going to sell it at a loss so it lives on as someone else's project.

Here's the vitals:

• 1965 Volvo 122S Amazon.  Unknown mileage, title long since lost to the ages.
• Fort Worth, TX.  Rolls well, must be picked up no later than Mar. 14th.
• Includes disassembled B18D, carbs, M40 transmission, and everything else I've taken off it.
• Will throw in a B230F (from a '91 940 wagon) I was planning on swapping in.

Build Thread

I had the block cleaned up at a local machine shop.  There's still a little bit of build-up on Cyl. 2 that they claim they couldn't get off with a dingleberry hone, but I'm not convinced it can't be rebuilt as-is by someone more skilled.  They magnafluxed the block (no cracks) and did freeze plugs and oil galley plugs.

$500 cash, or trade for tools or anything else easy to move.

QQ. Ugh, been looking for a 2 door Amazon for awhile. Sadly, TX is too far for me even though you will only be one state away from me soon.

Have you had any bites on this car? I know I shouldn't take on another project but i feel like this car could be pretty fun to get back on the road.

Thank God, I just got back from driving my excursion 40 hours to get my xjr. If I would've saw this the day it was posted I would've bought it!
