Looks like that rear passenger wheel is locked up.

Wasn't any good when it was first built.
No brakes (weak sauce) Next to the definition of brake fade there is a picture of a 520.
No leg room (built for 4'7" asian)
Knock off MG motor (not bad but when you smash the throttle it says "what?")
Overloaded at 500# and please don't tow anything you will never get it stopped!
