That vintage were almost all 3-doors. I've seen a couple of 2-door, but never a 4-door.

While growing up our neighbor had a blue/white '69 Sub and it to had just 3 doors with the third being on the passenger side rear.

Many full size vans of this era even up through the 90s (maybe even 2000's?) had just one rear side door and it was on the passenger side. Even the first two generations of the Chrysler minivans had just one rear side door and they were passenger side only from what I've seen.

I learned to drive in a '70 3 door. 292 with 4-speed, manual drum brakes and manual steering.

'67-72 were all three doors.
