I was given a solid Zagato with no title a few years ago, but never went to pick it up.

I do not regret my decision...

In the 5-10 minutes a week they are running right they are an absolute joy to drive. Actually one of the few cars I regret not keeping.

I have not had a Lancia yet. How stupid is it to entertain this?

Hmm. Painless wiring, megasquirt... Other parts are still available. I have the manuals including the definitive engine book... Good thing it's too far from me.

Those things have an awesome name. The rest of the car, not so much.

In all honesty they aren't any worse than any other old foreign car to keep alive. They just (like the others) require constant care and feeding. Being an 81 with the 2L FI motor its the best of the breed and really its a pretty robust FI system once you work out a few small quirks. When the fuel pump goes use one from a ford truck, it fits and costs about $200 less than the part from the fiat suppliers.

Stitching will come apart on the seats if it hasnt already, put some covers on and rock it ;)
