I optimistically suppose it's possible that only one or the other is missing its title.
I'm more bothered by the directional wheels that are on the wrong side of the car than I am of the missing title.

When we picked up my e28 it had 3 dirrerent brands of tires, and the wheels were mounted like this with one on each side going the wrong way. Wheels were the sawblade type wheels off of an 8 series. BMW Style 9.
