I bought this car from my neighbor last fall as a project, but now I don't have the time to put into it. The car had been in my neighbor’s family since it was new. Before I bought it, it sat for at least a year, but after installing a new battery, and a set of plugs and wires, it runs. You can't really tell from the pictures, but it needs a windshield. It also needs some exhaust work (I'm not sure how much). The body is very straight, and all of the doors and windows work perfectly. The windshield wipers work, but stop in the up position. The car needs some TLC, but over all it seems to be very solid. The odometer stopped working a few years ago with over 200,000 miles on it, so no one knows the actual miles. The paint on the front fenders, front doors, and hood looks great, but the clear coat on the rear doors, quarter panels, trunk, and roof, looks dull with very fine scratches in it. It has a draw somewhere on the electrical system. I can't find it, and done trying to. I have installed a battery disconnect so the battery doesn't run down, but that is not real convenient. Great start for a Lemons or autocross car or maybe a father son/daughter project. It is over my head at this point and I have moved on. I need $900 for it as it sits. Clean Missouri title. Will need trailered since the tire are pretty weather cracked and I haven't driven it more than 30 miles or so since I have had it.
