Or it's a $850 supercharger with a car attached.

Interesting- would have been a decent candidate for an engine for the DMC if I didn't already have the L67 for it. I think the L67 was the better choice though, both because putting a GM engine in it feels more appropriate as well as the L67 putting out 20 more HP even without the intercooler the Essex 3.8SC uses.
