NMNA. Needs transmission.

Yes, that's what I thought. Time to manual swap it.
What's the go to donor for getting a third pedal on these?
From a cost perspective, what makes the most sense; rebuilding the existing trans or finding something else? A lot of these cars seem to come with a dead or dying reverse. I guess a big question is if you can find someone to do the work or can do the work yourself in the case of a rebuild...
These seem like an excellent source for improvement parts for an 80's G-body and maybe some other vehicles as well. Biggest issue is the trans and possible issues with the Opti-spark.
There are no real opti issues to speak of by 96, and literally the rest of them have had the updated unit replaced by now or have been crushed.
I sold an lt1 t56 setup with pedals and hydraulics for $1300. That's close if not a tad low to current market. From there the easy button is a bbhp pedal and clutch master cylinder adapter block to mount the camaro pedals. If you play your cards right you can be all in around $2500 on this one for a 6 speed car with a new clutch. It looks clean enough to explore, but I already have a b body.

OUCH!
I searched for "bbhp" and found The pedal assembly alone is $849 !
Any challenge friendly options.... ?
You can space camaro pedals out and mount the clutch mc yourself. One guy took a stand alone nissan or Toyota pickup clutch pedal and master and left stock pedals alone minus chopping the brake pedal narrower for a factory non clutch pad. I did that in my old grand prix. Bbhp is very proud of their parts.
