Interior looks great, and I wouldn't worry too much about the rust, that metal's pretty thick.

I'll go further; I'm skeptical of the whole "Grandmother's garage" routine. What, did she leave it out of the garage for the first 30 years until it rusted and the vinyl roof got destroyed, and then decided to put it in the garage?? I smell a dishonest flipper.

I emailed the guy out of curiosity. He said the tires are "original and are starting to show some cracks at the side." Could that be possible if the 7000 mile thing is legit? I'd think tires that old wouldn't even hold air anymore.
