Depends on what they mean by rust but seems like a running driving manual wagon of this era is a pretty good find. RS hood and looks like it might clean up nice. Its in Central FL so maybe they just saw a rotted floorboard and thought the whole thing is junk. edit Nevermind saw the rot in the rear quarter. Still not a bad deal maybe.
