If you look at the pic from the rear you can see another label and one that has packing tape wrapped around like it has a label too.

Those stickers are S03 so about 12 years old. :-(
Google image search didn't find a single duplicate of any of those pics. If its a scam its not your typical-go find some pics on google and make a fake ad with a yahoo email address type scam. The quality of the cage, the level of suspension/drivetrain prep/etc... will be interesting to see. Looks like it might be a hell of a deal.
