Naw, looks like just another 325i with an arbitrary M badge, fender emblems and wheels.
It has M3 wheels, but everything else about that car looks like 325i to me.
Just another run of the mill E46, 325 auto, except with M3 wheels, and the ultra-rare M3 Ebay sticker on the trunk. I would say it's priced in line with the other E46 autos I see on CL every day. Probably going to be bought for $1600-$1700.
