Harvested a drivetrain out of one of those for transplant into an MG Midget. Brilliant drivetrain but what a rust bucket.

My first car in 1982 was a '71 124 SC. It was rusty after only being on the planet for 11 years and I only paid $500 for it. That car was cursed but oh so much fun to drive.
I wouldn't touch that green one with your 10' pole, much less mine.
$1000 for the stuff that's dented. The rusty parts are free.
