Listing says floors and rockers are bad, and I think these are unibody so you'd need to deal with that before getting into the tricky problems of fitting an American V8 into seemingly anything Mercedes ever built. From what I've read it's probably easiest to just rip the stock steering and suspension out and put a Mustang 2 hot rod setup under it, or build a gasser.
