I wonder what kind of mileage that 6.2 gets with an auto. I know with a manual it was fantastic. SLOW but, dang ~28mpg was nothing to bitch about.

I got 24 or so from my 87 Suburban with a 700r4. But only if you kept it under 70.

It is a dog even when it isn't towing. Hopefully there is a turbo swapped onto that one before they swapped it into that truck.

Yep, dog slow, but with a granny low manual trans you could still move about anything you wanted to.

Yeah that was the ticket to getting it to return good mileage. If you could handle going slow it would sip on it.
