Ad says daughter has 3 kids, then says daughter has four kids.
Was one born during the writing of this ad?
And yes, if that is a real car at that price it would probably win gastropod and put you in top 5 overall with the right concour prep.
In reply to Robbie :
Sadly, the 4 dr Chevy SS got just and NA 2.4L not the turbo or Sc'ed engine of the coupe.
Same era HHR got the 2.4L standard.
Expect a 16 second drag time, not the 14 seconds of the forced induction cars.

There was a 4 door 2.0T, it is just very rare and 2009 only.
Is the 2.4 that slow with a manual? Spec-wise its similar to a Sentra SE-R, Mazda 3 2.5, etc. I would expect it to be in the 15s.
Wiki says 15.6 sec 1/4 mile with 5 speed manual trans
Figuring auto trans and 170k miles I just rounded up to 16 seconds

That was a $408 bill for our T&C, so you’d still be within budget!
So many questions. There are mobile services that will come out to one’s house if have title paperwork, cut and program keys. Somethings lurking.
I am having to use a LOT of self-control to not email about this and find out if it's still available and possible to buy it whole...
Am I doing this right?

2004 Chrysler Crossfire at salvage auction.
Lite front bump:
Manual trans too:
Same auction in Cleveland, OH...
'91 Miata totaled for rear panel
Claimed ACV of $3,042 and ERC of $2,649
All very interesting until this little tidbit becomes evident:
In reply to John Welsh :
Can’t tell 100% from the photos, but the rockers and fender edges look pretty intact. Even if it is an auto, if it goes cheap, that could be worth it for the shell around here.

I will likely go to thw auction preview on Monday so if anyone wants to know more about the Miata, let me know. jwelsh02...yahoo...
I already have a '90 Miata. Personally buying an auto Miata in Dec to then flip in April/May does not interest me now. But, if someone else wants it or wants to commit to it, let me know.
