Can somebody tell me why people need to block their license plates in pictures like this? Cant I just see your license plate while driving down the road?
its not like there is personal info other than possibly email or phone number in these posts.
I just find it odd.

DUDE. That is a steal. I drove mine to work today; still a great car. Three years of ownership and I just had to do my first major repair: Fuel pump went out. Otherwise just a couple minor things (coils and plugs and PCV valve and hose) that weren't "keep you from getting to work" failures.
for those in the southeast...

I've always assumed it's because people have paranoid delusions about rings of car thieves trolling Craigslist for exposed license plates so they can use it to look up your address, then swoop in during the middle of the night to steal and steal your $1200 hooptie.

I've heard of buyer's remorse, but it sounds like you have seller's remorse?
