Monster answer in a box! Or v8 Miata project

Letting go of my v8 Miata project. The car is a 94' Miata base. The body is amazing. Not a spec of rust and only a small dent below the rear right taillight. The interior and roof is very nice also. Car was originally red, but someone painted the exterior satin black. It currently does not have an engine or transmission installed. I removed the stock engine and trans and gave them away in preparation for installing a v8. Included With the car is a complete 1994 mustang GT driveline. Some of the other highlights and included parts are flyin Miata vmaxx suspension, flyin Miata subframe braces, braided stainless brake lines, and more. I also have a hardtop that can be sold with the car or separate after the car is sold. For the car, 5.0 drivetrain, and all spare parts $1800. Hardtop in BRG, $800. Sorry, I won't part out, or sell the hardtop without selling the car. Everything is located just south of Pittsburgh PA. I have some pics I can text of the car before I took it apart. It looks exactly the same just without an engine. It's best to call as I don't get much computer time.

good luck, the van i got from you has reached the end of it's usable life and is getting the 6.0 yanked for a challenge build. i "rebuilt" it from the deer damage and drove it for the last 6 months on the plates from my other van, they just expired and i'm not going to get it salvage inspected.

$1800? If this thing isn't at the Challenge this year, somebody missed their chance.

HAHAHA That's awesome Pat! Glad its serving even more than just a parts donor. Yeah my description was a bit vague. Sorry, was posting from my phone during intermission of my son's basketball game. Anyway, The Miata was a 5 speed and the mustang trans is also a 5spd. As for the Miata, all that is really missing is the engine and trans. So if you had an engine and trans from say a rusty answer, you could do an afternoon swap and have a rust free runner. All of the fuel system and electrical system is still there and in tact. As for all the parts, etc., I haven't really worked on this car in a few years. Its been buried in the back of my garage, so I am forgetting things... Needless to say, I have a bunch of parts. I do believe you could swap in the v8 and trans, sell off the unused bits and be under challenge budget. Plus have a very nice solid car that will last a very long time. I hope someone can and will use it. I will eventually if not!!!

ok, this is officially for sale again, and I won't wimp out selling it this time! I just bought a new dual sport bike, so I want this to go to a good caring home that will use it wisely(cough "challenge" cough)! Everything that was listed before plus any and all Miata parts I have or can dig up will go with it!
As always please call, I don't check my email often. And as much as I whish I could spend all day cruising and posting these hallowed forums, I'm out riding my new bike!!!

The RX8 is 100% drivable as it sits. If it warms up it doesn't smoke at all which leads me to think it's something other than engine.

At worse I am collecting LS stuff for it regardless.

Hi all, had a few people call me, though no one tossing cash my way...! Everyone asked me my bottom price(as required!). So here it is, $2500 takes everything! I have a bunch of extra parts, bits, pieces, etc that will happily get out of... ah I mean go with the deal! I can also help with delivery within a reasonable distance. Help me clean out my garage and clutter up yours!
