Looks pretty rough but I bet you can talk that $1000 down a good bit. The Grille is the hard/expensive part to find and it looks to be in good shape. The tailgate looks to be the harder to find one that has "Courier" stamped into it, not "Ford".

I seem to recall the rear gear may also be used in a first gen RX-7, useful for a v8 swap without overdrive.
