Smoking deal on an ITA car. Unsure how competitive they are against the Integras and others in that class. At least a Florida car should be rust free.
The Golf's and Scriocco's were moved to ITB a year or so ago. You can still run it in ITA but also ITB but at a higher weight. I think 200+ lbs worth? And the price is way low for a running IT car. The parts alone are worth double that. The pic does look a bit dated so who knows if it still looks like that or is a bit more "used"? I would jump on this if it wasn't in Florida (I'm near Chicago.) since the tow/transportation costs would near equal the purchase price.
FYI I race a 1988 Scriocco 16V 1.8L in ITA. It's not competitive but I usually have some cars to race with so I'm good. And since I can't beat the fastest ITB cars why switch classes and add weight and go slower?
Okay GRM-family: I'll pay anyone that full purchase price and another thousand to grab it and haul it to Maryland. Straight-up, honest deal, no bull.

Call Montway Shipping, they are a broker but I had them ship from central CA to S Florida and it was only $1100. Run up East Coast got to be way cheaper. (If it will drive on trailer.)
Too late. I turned a VW buddy on to it. Drove it on the trailer. Seller said he was the only one who called.
