As of today the ad is still up.
woah - I still regret letting a pristine adult driven, bone stock, dealer maintained, VERY reasonably priced '92 option get away in '00, because I didnt know how to drive a stick, and the Univ. of Cinci where I commuted at the time is VERY hilly.
Thats a STEAL. Minimal rust. Probably needs some help with grounds/fuel system to get it running right, and probably motor/trans/subframe mounts to get rid of the vibration. All easy and probably less than $150 and a weekend.
what's this thing worth fixed up? I have a brother and sister in law in that neighborhood, but it's 7 hours away from me.

That example - low miles, relatively rust free? If it had the few issues mentioned taken care of, and maybe a little rust correction, doubling your money should be possible at the very least...more even depending on how clean you can get it. Unmolested 3-pedal S13's are getting rare as hens teeth.
Was it David Wallens who was recently parting with a very clean example recently? I wonder if he cares to chime in on what it was worth to the new owner?
EDIT: Found it. Sold for $4800...VERY similar in most regards to whats posted above. Davids was cleaner in many regards, but had more miles by quite a stretch:
