I found this Miata on craigslist in my town, and it seems like a pretty good deal for anyone who wants to fix the bodywork.

Good potential for a functional, but not perfect car. I say it's overpriced at $1000 though.

I like it, too bad I’m on a not allowed to buy projects phase.

You could always "loan" someone else the money and they can buy it for you.

PA to PA car titles are too much of a hassle for that.

Also my wife would never notice the money missing but that isn't the point.

Harsh. Just how cheap does a running car with all the bolt-in repair parts have to be?

FYI, get the VIN, an interior (dash) or an underhood shot if you're interested in it. Those are 1994-97 wheels and any one of those pieces of information will tell us. If it is a 1.8, it has power mirrors and I think that's one of the indicators of a Torsen.

Wish he had some shots of the back of the body, those front pieces, aside from the damage, look in better condition than mine did before paint. My front clip is still in good shape, but the rockers and fenders have me thinking ghettocet or sell come spring.

I can always go look at it and report back, although that does run the risk of me buying it cheeky

In reply to Keith Tanner :

I suppose it depends on how nice the interior is, rust status, and how the engine sounds. Perhaps it is fair. I drive a hard bargain. ;)
