My step-mother owned one new. Even as a new car she only drove it for a couple of years because she needed to get to work more often than the car would let her.
She still raves about how well it handled though.
The rust on these things has rust. Check it very carefully my friend.

Why don’t you stop smoking the cheap SH..... let things be what they are , look around at 7 to 12 year old Fords , Honda’s , Toyota s and and all the other cars that are so rusted to hell , but you want point out a 42 year old Lancia that it might be rusty , good job man , you win the moron of the month award as far as I’m concerned

Bubbling paint as I can see.
That's in rougher shape than mine was in.

That engine bay is strikingly clean. Maybe its not as rusty as expected.
