Let's see if anyone knows what these are. I have a set of Ruggles-style levers, designed for budget-friendly corner weighting of cars and airplanes using plain old bathroom scales. These things were all the rage a decade ago, which is when I bought them to corner weight my car. They've dropped out of mainstream interest with the advent of cheap digital scales, but with a bit of care they can produce some very accurate numbers.
The levers are 1:4 reduction, which means that when everything is set up, the bathroom scale will show 1/4 of the actual weight of what's on the pads.
