T belts on those accents are dead simple and should be non interference. Grab that and scrap the zuk to pay for the belt and water pump and get a semi decent dd extremely cheap
Well, plus the wheel and whatever else they ruined on it.
By law any teenager caught with weed should be made to buy these insure and drive them for a year. Might straighten them out. A few adults too. But I'd rallycross the small black one w/o regrets. 
i would love to have the Suzuki! fix teh Hyundai and sell it to cover the cost
Accents of that vintage with a manual transmission are fun as hell to rallycross.
