Wanted: Oil Pan for 1988 Plymouth Horizon
Asking for a friend. Surely this must be the place for such a thing to be found.

It depends on the engine. Is it a 1.7L? ...check an old VW Rabbit or Scirocco engine.
Here's a clip from Wikipedia on the Dodge Omni/Horizon.
Yup. That would be a 2.2. Pretty sure I got rid of most all of my FWD MoPar engine bolt on parts, but I'll take a look, as I had a spare 2.2 from when I swapped a fuel injected engine into a Daily Rampage years ago.
Though, a U-Pull-It would be an Easy Button, as that pan is dead simple to remove.

The drawback is that most salvage yards puncture the pans to drain the oil.
Rockauto doesn’t have a new one available?
Plymouth Horizon TC3 was my first car. Great pizza delivery car. Sold it to a kid and he promptly wrecked the thing during his first week of ownership. Back then if a car reached 100K miles, it was a big deal. This one made it to 80 something and was falling apart. Replaced it with a 1980 MGB with a hard top and an 86 TVR 280i. If your counting on something British to get you to work, you better have two of them.

Nope.
Plenty of used ones available tho. Just need a new pickup tube.
